Terms of service

The rules for ordering, kept as short and plain as we could make them.

These terms apply when you use buyrealsocialfollowers.com or buy a package from BuyRealSocialFollowers (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Questions: support@buyrealsocialfollowers.com.

1. What we sell

One-off packages that increase the number of followers on a public Instagram or TikTok profile, or the number of likes or views on one public post or video. A package changes a count. It doesn’t include engagement, reach, sales or any outcome on the platform.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 and allowed to promote the account you order for, whether it’s yours or one you manage.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Give a correct, public username or link, and keep it public and unchanged until delivery finishes.
  • Use packages lawfully. If you use an account commercially, it’s your responsibility to follow advertising and consumer-protection rules where you operate, including rules about representing your audience or influence honestly.
  • Don’t use our service for accounts that impersonate others or break the platforms’ rules in other ways.

4. Platform rules

Instagram and TikTok discourage artificial growth and may remove followers, likes or views they consider inauthentic. You order knowing that. We don’t control the platforms and can’t guarantee how they treat any account. We never ask for your password.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is taken on a secure hosted checkout page. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. We may change prices for future orders; the price you paid is fixed.

6. Delivery

Delivery usually starts within minutes of payment and is paced over hours or days depending on size. Times on the site are typical estimates, not guarantees.

7. Refunds and refills

Covered by our refund and refill policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for actions the platforms take on your account. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

9. Independence

We aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, TikTok or ByteDance.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
