- Your order reference, starting with ord_. It’s on the page you see after paying and in your receipt.
- The username or link you ordered for, as you typed it.
- What you need: a fix, a refill, a refund or an answer.
Quick answers
I typed the wrong username or link
Email us right away. If delivery hasn’t started, we can usually move the order to the right account or video.
My order hasn’t started
Most orders begin within minutes. If several hours have passed, check that the account or video is public and the username hasn’t changed, then email us.
My count dropped
Within 30 days of delivery finishing, send your order reference and we’ll refill it. Details are in the refund and refill policy.
