Refunds and refills

When you get money back, when you get a free top-up, and the few things that aren’t covered.

The summary

  • Anything we can’t deliver is refunded: the whole order, or the undelivered part.
  • Drops within 30 days of delivery finishing are refilled free.
  • Delivered followers, likes and views can’t be returned, so there are no refunds for a change of mind once delivery has happened.

Refunds

Orders we can’t start

If we can’t start an order at all, for example because the account doesn’t exist, we refund it in full. If an account was private or a link was wrong, we’ll first email you so you can fix it.

Orders we can only partly deliver

If delivery stops part way and we can’t complete it, we refund the undelivered share of that package’s price.

Before delivery starts

Orders usually start within minutes, but if you email us before yours has started, we’ll cancel and refund it.

How refunds are paid

To the payment method you used, through the same checkout. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears, usually within a few business days.

The 30-day refill

Instagram and TikTok remove accounts they consider inauthentic, so some drop-off after delivery is normal. If the followers, likes or views we delivered drop within 30 days of the delivery finishing, we top them back up to the amount you paid for, at no cost.

To claim: email support@buyrealsocialfollowers.com with your order reference (starting ord_) and roughly how much has dropped.

The refill doesn’t cover:

  • drops after the account or video was made private;
  • drops after the username was changed;
  • drops on a post or video that was deleted or archived;
  • drops more than 30 days after delivery finished.

What we don’t promise

We deliver numbers, not outcomes. We don’t refund because a package didn’t lead to more engagement, sales, reach or a feature on the platform, because we never promise those.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please email us first. We can usually fix it the same day, which is faster for you than a dispute.
