Privacy policy

We collect very little: the username or link you order for, what you ordered, and whatever you put in an email to us. This page explains what happens to it. Questions: support@buyrealsocialfollowers.com.

What we collect

When you order

• The public Instagram or TikTok username, or post or video link, you enter.
• The packages you choose and their prices.

We never ask for passwords.

At checkout

Payment happens on a secure page run by our payment provider. Your email address and card or wallet details are entered there and handled by that provider under its own privacy policy. We don’t receive your card number; we’re told whether payment succeeded so we can start your order.

Order records

For each order we keep the order reference, packages, username or link and status for up to 90 days, then delete them.

Profile previews and calculators

When you press Search in the order box, use the optional lookup in a calculator, or look an account up in the profile picture viewer, the username you typed is sent to our server and to a data provider that returns public profile information. Profile pictures are passed through our server so they load reliably, and we don’t store copies of them. Calculator arithmetic and the bio, font and line break generators run in your browser; what you type into them isn’t sent anywhere.

Emails

If you email us, we get your address and message, and use them only to deal with your request.

Technical data

Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and basic browser information to serve pages, prevent abuse and keep the site secure. Your cart is stored in your own browser.

How we use it

• To deliver your order, which means passing the username or link and package details to the provider who fulfills it.
• To handle refills, refunds and support.
• To keep the site working and secure.

We don’t sell personal information, don’t use it for advertising and don’t send marketing email.

Who we share it with

• Delivery provider: the username or link and package details, so the order can be fulfilled.
• Payment provider: handles checkout as described above.
• Hosting and data providers: to run the site and the profile preview.
• Authorities: only if the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, for example in California, the EU or the UK, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it’s used. Email support@buyrealsocialfollowers.com and we’ll respond within the time the law allows. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our service is for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
