Buy followers for new accounts

For Instagram and TikTok accounts under a month old or under about 100 followers. Packages start at $3.49, but the advice on this page is mostly about what to do before you spend anything, and why small, staged orders work better than one big one.

Who this page is for

You’ve just opened an account, or you’ve had one for a few weeks and it’s sitting under about 100 followers. Maybe it’s a new business, a side project, a fresh start after leaving an old account, or a niche page you’ve only just decided to take seriously. Either way, the profile looks new because it is.

Buying followers can help a new account look less empty, but new accounts are also where a purchase is most likely to look odd or go wrong. So this page is unusually cautious. The order box above opens on 250 Instagram followers because that’s about the largest first order we’d suggest; you can switch to TikTok or a smaller size in one click.

Do this before buying anything

A follower count with nothing underneath it is worse than a small count with a good profile. Before any order, get these done:

  1. A clear profile photo. A face, or a logo that reads at thumbnail size. A default avatar is the most obvious new-account signal there is. Our profile picture viewer lets you check yours at full size.
  2. A bio that says what the account is. Instagram gives you 150 characters, TikTok 80. One plain sentence about what you post, plus a link or location if relevant. The bio generator drafts options for both.
  3. Something to look at. On Instagram, six to nine posts so the grid fills at least two or three rows. On TikTok, several videos, ideally five or more, so a visitor can scroll.
  4. Public, with a username you’re keeping. Followers need a public username, and changing it mid-delivery can stall an order. Settle on the name first.

That’s a week or two of work for most people, and it’s free. It also does more for how the account looks than any package.

Why small, staged orders look better

A new account has very little history. When the follower count leaps from 40 to 2,540 in a few days, with nine posts and a dozen likes on each, the jump is obvious to anyone who looks closely, and it doesn’t match anything else on the profile. Small steps look like an account finding its feet.

The prices make staging cheap, too. Compare:

ApproachInstagramTikTok
100 now, 250 a few weeks later (350 total)$3.99 + $5.99 = $9.98$3.49 + $5.99 = $9.48
500 in one order$9.99$9.49
2,500 in one order$22.99$26.99

The staged route gets you 350 followers for almost exactly the price of 500 at once. You give up 150 followers, and in return the count grows in two modest steps alongside your posts. On a brand-new account we think that’s the better trade. The 2,500 line is there to show what we’d avoid: on an account under a month old, it’s a lot of money for a number the rest of the profile can’t support.

Trust signals on a new profile

When someone lands on a new account, they’re looking for reasons to trust it. A follower count is one of them, but it’s rarely the deciding one. More often it’s:

  • posts or videos that look like they were made with some care;
  • a bio that answers “what is this?” in one line;
  • signs of regular activity, such as recent posts and replies to comments;
  • numbers that agree with each other, for example likes that are in a sensible range for the follower count.

The last point is where buyers trip up. 400 followers and 3 likes per post is a mismatch. If you add followers, keep an eye on your engagement rate; the Instagram and TikTok calculators do the sum. Patience matters here more than at any other stage: an account that’s two months old with 300 followers and steady posting looks healthier than a two-week-old one with 3,000.

The risk on brand-new accounts

Be clear-eyed about this. Instagram’s and TikTok’s rules both discourage artificial growth, and both remove accounts they consider inauthentic. A new account has less history for their systems to weigh, so unusual changes stand out more. The realistic risk is losing some of what you bought; the 30-day refill tops up drops after delivery finishes. We can’t promise that nothing else happens, and nobody honest can. Our guides on whether it’s safe and whether you can get banned go through it properly.

Two things we’d never do on a new account: hand over a password (we never ask for one), or order the largest package because the per-follower price is lowest.

If the account is for a US business, note that the FTC’s 2024 rule on fake reviews and testimonials, in force since October 2024, also covers buying fake social media indicators such as followers to misrepresent influence for commercial purposes. We’re not lawyers, and a small count on your own profile is different from selling your reach to someone else, but it’s worth knowing. More on that on the business page.

250 Instagram followers is preselected. Switch to TikTok or a smaller size in the order box.

Start small

A week-by-week plan (hypothetical)

Say you’ve just opened an Instagram account for a home-baking hobby. You have 12 followers, mostly friends, and two posts.

  • Week 1: Profile photo, a one-line bio, and posts three to seven. No purchase yet. Reply to every comment you get.
  • Week 2: Posts eight and nine. The grid now fills three rows. Order 100 Instagram followers for $3.99. It usually finishes the same day. Keep posting.
  • Week 3: Keep a regular posting rhythm. Check that the count held; if anything dropped, email support with your order reference. Look at your like counts against the new follower count.
  • Week 4 or 5: If posting has stayed steady and likes look in proportion, order 250 for $5.99. If likes are lagging, a small likes package on your best post is the better next step instead.
  • After that: Let the account run for a while. Most of what makes it worth following from here comes from the posts, not from more packages.

Total spend over a month: $9.98, for an account at roughly 360 followers with nine-plus posts. On TikTok the same shape works with 100 and then 250 TikTok followers ($9.48), plus a few 1,000-view packages on your stronger videos if the play counts look thin.

Instagram or TikTok first?

If you’re starting both at once, put your effort into whichever one you actually post on more. Followers matter more on Instagram’s profile grid; on TikTok, people mostly meet you through a video, so view counts often do more early on. The buy followers page compares the two in more detail.

Questions, answered

New accounts: questions

Can I buy followers for a brand-new account?
Yes, there’s no minimum account age. We’d still set up a profile photo, a bio and six to nine posts or several videos first, so the count has something to sit on.
How many followers should a new account buy first?
Start with 100, or 250 at most. Small staged orders alongside regular posting look far more natural than one large jump on a profile with only a few posts.
Is it riskier to buy followers on a new account?
Somewhat. New accounts have little history, so sudden changes stand out more, and both Instagram and TikTok remove accounts they consider inauthentic. Some drop-off is possible; the 30-day refill covers drops after delivery.
Is staging orders more expensive?
Barely. 100 then 250 Instagram followers costs $9.98, almost the same as 500 at once for $9.99, and 100 then 250 on TikTok costs $9.48.
How long should I wait between orders?
A few weeks is sensible. Use the gap to keep posting and to check that your likes or views are keeping pace with the new follower count.
Do I need to give you my login for a new account?
No. We only need the public username, and we never ask for a password or a login code.
Will followers help a new account get discovered?
Not directly. Discovery on both platforms depends mostly on how people respond to your posts and videos. Followers change how the profile looks to people who find it.
